Very very busy weekend! I was unable to do my jelq routine as scheduled, so today I did both girth and length!
6/1:
- 10-12 minute warmup
- 12 minutes basic stretching (30 second stretches)
- JAI stretching until semi-erect
- 320 wet jelqs
- Got max erection and did some expansion exercises/edged
- 5 minute cool down with cold water
- The end!
Well thankfully I'm back on schedule and no longer busy! My dick turtled considerably over the weekend because of all my activities. Hopefully this week will restore it's nice hang
