I remember reading a thread on MOS by REDZULU2003. This member has increased his girth substantially and claims that most of his permanent girth gains have come from pumping and clamping. Yet, REDZULU2003 says that he pumps first and then clamps. He said that doing the reverse did not allow his results to become permanent, but when he switched it around (pump first, then clamp) he said the gains started sticking around.

In my opinion though...If I were to try pumping for the first time, I would pump 1 on/1 off for a week at very low HG and do 2 x 10 min sets. In my second week, I'd do the exact same thing, but throw in some dry jelqing in between the pumping sets. Then, over the next couple of months, I'd slowly increase to a 2 on/1 off routine and begin throwing in a third pumping/jelqing set. After that gets boring, I'd throw clamping into the mix.
