Just as a note...Prior to starting my PE I wore the X4 labs, as anyone will tell you these things can be awkward at first. One thing you need to take into consideration is the angle at which you wear it, when I started it was 4-5 hours a day straight down, then I realized that if I flipped it up (belly button) I actually felt more of a strecth, everyone is different but this may be worth looking into. I can't really remember where I got the information on all of this...perhaps thunderplace? I wore this probably for six months and logged 500+ hours, when measuring I never took my BPEL, but simply held a ruler and never really noted any growth. Now that I am on to the whole BPEL I intend to try this whole thing again. Any suggestions on how to work this in with the beginner's routine of PE? I don't want to overdue it. |
