6/18:
- 10 minute warmup
- 12 minutes basic stretching (1 minute stretches)
- 3 minutes JAI Stretching
- Edging + Uli's for expansion
- Let dick cool off to room temperature
- Ran cold water over dick while doing JAI stretches (to keep the fibers stretched)
- Messed around with my Icy Hot theory, put a heat pad on dick for ~5 minutes
- Time to enjoy the rest of my day!
I am VERY VERY close to having a 7 x 5 in. penis. Eow is excited
I can't keep thinking about how I started out with 6 x 4.56 inches. My little buddy has come a long way so far! And it's barely been over 2 months!
