Pretty good workout tonight. Everything went well, but my edging session was a little meh. I have NO control over my PC muscles when I edge, it's kind of depressing. I hope I'll gain control of them with practice.
Still haven't started exercising/dieting - stuff keeps getting in the way, but I don't really have any good excuses.
I might start doing aswini mudra exercises for my PC muscles in addition to kegel exercises. |
