6/20:
  • Did this workout a little too late at night lol
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 6 minutes C, A, and V stretching
  • 6 minutes basic 30 second stretches
  • 2.5 minutes JAI Stretching
  • Edging and Uli's
  • No cool down today, I'm too damn tired!
