Rested yesterday. My BPFSL was back to 19.7 yesterday and the same today. Did 300 jelqs with a silicone cock ring, starting my jelqs about 1" away from the base. Followed the jelqs with some O-bends, 30sec holds, bending down at two points (one after the other), one 30sec bend upwards at one point, one point to the left and to the right for 20sec and two more times bending down for 20sec at two points.
I only used the silicone cock ring at the base so bloodflow was good. If I were to rate erection % I would say about 30%, very pliable yet plump. Finished the session with a mini-edging session (2min) and had a nice plump flaccid after.
This was interesting. I might try out a period of O-bends coupled with some hanging...Maybe O-bends on Mon-Wed and hanging Tue-Thur and Fri. |
