I think that you would like wearing it to keep the penis elongated,also using it for your ADS. I wear it under my PE weights so they don't pinch the shaft. I even wear it all day long and even through the night, because it expands and you don't have to worry about being to tight even when you have an erection through out the morning hours. You have to roll it up like a donut and stretch to a point where you can put your penis through the hole, then once it is on all you do is even it out over the penis shaft.
