Yeah, no worries! I was hoping for some gains of course, but I wasn't really expecting any. It's only been 2 weeks after all, and I haven't been as consistent as I could be! I'm thinking in a few weeks I might add in some extra girth exercises... any recommendations? I've done holds in the past (well that's really the only girth exercise I've done other than jelqs), but they didn't seem to do squat for me. The jelq device seems to be working better than my hands for me thus far, so I'm curious to see how that will pan out. |
