Hey all. I'm starting on the beginners guide listed on the site
Taking two days off between each workout (1 workout Per 3 days) for first few weeks.
Bad news though... after 2 workouts in 4 days (as per the schedule), I have VERY bad PI's. Some Erectile dysfunction, loss of erect size, decreased wood... i'm trying to take it very slow but what else can I do if I'm getting negative PI's?
Also, what can I do in terms of PE exercises to help correct the upward bend of my penis? Should I skip the up stretch in basic stretching so that I will only be stretching the top part of my penis in the downward stretching, which will counteract the bend? (THe top of my penis seems to be shorter than the underside) Thanks
