7/2:- 13 minute warmup
- 12 minutes basic stretching (1 minute stretches)
- Worked the dick a little too hard and had trouble getting erection, so had to watch a tiny bit of porn

- Edging and Uli's for a good bit
- 5 minutes running cold water over dick
- Took hot shower
- ??Profit
I've found that heating my dick up after cooling it down helps with hang, rather than just cooling it and nothing else.
I guess the reason I use a cool down instead of a warm down is because I know cooling a muscle after using it will help with healing. I used to be a pitcher and after every game I would ice down my arm to help healing.
