Ok I just saw that you said it is OK to use the OK grip. I am doing 40 V jelqs as I do not know what a "u" jelq is. Then I will do 50 OK jelqs. I would do less, but I have been doing more in the past and I dont want to decrease too much. I will try to stick to this routine. my big problem is that I do not stick to a routine. I will try really hard to be consistent.
So you advocate one day of rest even in beginning stages and not two days? and then after the third workout you rest two days?
Well Im starting tonight and I intend to actually keep it up this time. I also exercise and dont drink or smoke. PE is the bane of my existence. I dont do it and it keeps me kind of depressed because I know I have the potential to gain but not the will power!
Edging will be a challenge. |
