Well Im starting tonight and I intend to actually keep it up this time. I also exercise and dont drink or smoke. PE is the bane of my existence. I dont do it and it keeps me kind of depressed because I know I have the potential to gain but not the will power! (Enjoy yourself, If it not fun it wont work.)

Edging will be a challenge.
(Start out small, I can do 40 miutes or longer because I no longer have a point of no return. Target for as little as five minutes.)


"U" jelqs is confusing some guys do them some don't. So I will leave it an optional if you can understand the mechanism. Someday when I get a camera compatible with my computer I will send in a pictorial instruction on the "U" grip.

Ok grip is fine.

When I was a newbie i never used the OK grip. I had spraned both thumbs. This was due to holding and reading big heavy college science books.

The core concept is simple.

Warm up
Stretch slow, allowing your penis to melt out to its fullest extension and then hold it there tell if gives a bit more. If this causes pain don't continue to pull.
Never jerk or yank the penis to a stretch.

Jelqing slow and with a very lite grip. the intesity comes in when you take the momentum out. The longer it takes to jelq out one rep the better. Sugested time for a jelq rep is 3-5 seconds. In the begining hold out for that 5 second time frame. Never jelq the glans.

Edging this is to maitain plumpness longer. Your edging session may only be ten minutesor less at first, This is OK.

Kegel, you can fir this in between the jelq part and edge part. Or you can do it at the same time you do the edge part.

Warm down, let the penis cool down or warm down after the edging session is over.

Ejaculation is a must! No ballooning! That is a seperate monster altogether.
