well in the last month my PE has been a little different. I haven't been stretching as much as i had previously and ended up doing more jelqs and ulis as well as a few hundred kegels a day. Just measured and am now JUST over the 5.75" mark, i will post the actual gain tonight before my workout.
I have finally noticed a definite difference from all my kegals, with harder erections, and I can now stop myself from reaching "the point of no return" when masturbating.
*I have measured my NBPFSL(thats not bone pressed flacid stretched length)-and it is 6.25". Is this a sign of gains to come? should I be doing specific stretches if my flacid stretch is bigger than my erect length? Any suggestions would be great. |
