I did 2, 20-minute sets of 2.5 lbs hanging. Then I did some jelqing and Uli's. Then I finally decided to just do a manual stretch routine today.
7/5: - I was already warmed up so I went straight into stretching
- 13 minutes basic stretching, some were V, C, and A-stretches, others were just basic stretches (30 seconds each stretch)
- 5 minutes JAI stretching
