Thanks for the advice JonPop.

I think I got a little too excited when I got my hanger working, but now that I can think more clearly...

I think it would be best if I just rode manual stretching as far as it will go. If I haven't gained any more length by January 1, 2009, I think I may try hanging. I think I will slowly work my way up to 20 minutes of manual stretching (excluding JAI stretching, which I don't really count).

4/20: 6.5" BPFSL
5/09: 6.75" BPFSL
6/06: 7" BPFSL
7/04: 7.25" BPFSL

This trend shows that apparently my manual stretching routines are still working just fine.

The first 2 times I gained in BPFSL, it corresponded with an increase in BPEL. This means that hopefully my BPEL will be above the 7" mark soon. Also if this trend keeps going, I really think I could hit 8" by next year if I wanted to. Who knows?

I am going to get my length goal over with first, and then work on my girth goal. I've heard countless people say that having a larger girth will hinder length gains, so I will believe them and hold off on any extreme girth stuff. Just basic jelqing until I reach my BPEL goal.
