It always gives me a funny feeling when the wheels lift off, kind of like my stomach gets light. Still being pushed sideways against our belts. We start leveling off and banking to the right, to head west out over the ocean. We both turn at the same time to look out the windows behind us. Since we almost bump heads I kind of laugh and Jen? I swear, her eyes are sparkling.
We can see as we are banking, LAX below us and the Pacific Coast Highway and Interstate 405 in the distance off to our right. We quickly climb to 3500 feet and start on a slow assent to our cruising altitude of 8,600 feet. Much lower than the commercial traffic.

Rob comes back to the cabin from the co-pilots seat and says "You guys can unbuckle now"
He asks Jen how she likes the plane and the take off. She answers, "it's wonderful, but I have to go pee, two cups of coffee, before I left home" Rob points to the door and says, "Be my guest."

While Jen is gone Rob sits down across from me and says " She's very attractive" and before I could say it, he said, " Reminds me of Angelina Jolie"
I say, "Yes but I think she is prettier, not as exotic looking as Jolie."
To which Rob nods his head.

When Jen gets back from draining whatever thing it is that women drain, Rob asks, "Would you two care for a glass of Champaign?"
We both say at the same time "Yes" which brings a little laugh from both of us. This has been a fun flight from the start.

A beautiful woman appears through the door at the rear of the plane. I didn't even know she was aboard. She is a tall shapely blond and Rob introduces us. "John, Jennifer, this is Heather, my girl friend."
Rob asked her if she'd like to join us in some Champaign, to which she replied that, "Yes. She would.'

Heather is wearing a very filmy night gown under a short robe, open in front. As she sits beside Rob, I catch a glimpse of her inner thighs and swear, but can't say for certain, that she's wearing panties. Jen and I exchange glances and unspokenly agree, that this is indeed a VERY fun flight.

Heather said, "Excuse my dress this morning, but I had a late night at work and didn't want to try and fight the traffic this morning, so Rob was kind enough to let me sleep on the plane last night."

Rob got up and went to a cabinet and took out an ice bucket with a bottle of Champaign already chilled. He said "I learned this from experience, you don't open a bottle of Champaign at altitude, it will go off like a fire hose, so I always open it before we leave the ground." He took out four glasses and very carefully removed the stopper.

We were able to talk in normal tones now that we had reached our cruising speed and the noise of the engines had subsided to a low pitched drone. Rob poured us each a glass and proposed a toast. "To a great weekend at the Betterman Mansion and all of the adventures that await." We all agreed and clinked glasses.

Rob then asked us if we were members of the 'mile high club', or if we knew what that was?
I knew and figured that Jen did also, but wanted Rob to finish. He said, " Anytime you have sex aboard an aircraft above 5,280 feet, you are then a member of the 'mile high club'. So if at any time you feel inclined, there is a bed and privacy through that door." Pointing toward the rear. He added. "Heather and I are charter members." He said with a grin.
It doesn't take much Champaign at 8,600 feet to get a buzz so I said "Thanks for the offller, uh, offer."
He then turned his conversation to Heather and begin speaking about other matters, dealing with the mansion.
