My progress. . . Hey nguys. Well Ive just becom a member here but have been visiting theses forums for a few weeks. I have been doing mixed excercises, but now I wana do this right. I looked at the begginer's routine, but its confusing me for some reason or another.
Anyway, How many wet jelqs should I do everyday? How often should I take breaks?
Are kegel holds really improtant? Is stretching really important too? Im really only concerned to gaining about an inch in erect length, and about 1/2 an inch in girth. Please guys let me know. Also one more thing, when I jelq, how tight should the grip be? Thanks a bunch guys I appreciate your insight. I'm glad to be a new memeber here at PE gym!
