10 min stretch in all directions. not using the same hard stretch that i used to do, the hard is good theory i normally have sticked to didn't work that well, so for now i try the smooth way.
40 jelq? since that what i can see im supposed to do. still don't get the V. U. jelq? some pictures would be great. also really light jelqs not hard work.
