So begins the journey! After discovering that my BPEL was 6 inches or slightly under and my BPFSL is 7 and 3 tic
marks on the ruler (sorry can't remember what the actual tic marks value is) and my EQ is almost a 6 that doesn't
last for very long I deduce that my smooth tissue is seriously lacking so my plan of action is
to close up the gap until I can get my EQ to at least a 9 or 81/2.

I did a lot of kegles this morning trying to increase my control better. That plan was a bust...I started my first
session with a light to medium stretch in all directions for 30 seconds each I did 3 sets ending each set with
cranking my dick as if I were stirring a pot of stew, kegleing the whole time. After that I put some vasilene on
my unit and massaged it for a few minutes. It's very difficult sustaining an erection and I needed it to be at
least 90% so I had to beat it a bit. I finally got an erection got out my jelq devise and slowly started jelqing. I
was kind of surprised because I was able to keep it going a little longer than normal. But that didn't last long
enough, ok so I did the best I could by the time I finished my 300 jelqs at the rate 5 second moderate pressure
squeezes and was about to go into the V jelq when he decided it was time for a rest. So I went ahead and
started the stimulation again thats when it happened I lost control and had an orgasm. I wasn't even touching
it, Theory is too much kegles before the workout. So I ended todays session with a cool wet rag for about 5
minutes

Tomorrow no kegles before the workout and I'm going to have to figure out how to sustain an erection longer or
this is going to turn into an Olympic event for me.

1-Hot wrap for 10 minutes
2-Stretch (30 seconds) all directions 3 sets
3-Wet jelq (100 reps) 3 sets moderate pressure for 5 seconds
4-Cool down with cold rag
