Hm .. In body building if a work out is longer than 60 minutes (45-60) then it starts to get less productive.

I don't know if the same thing is for PE, but I could imagine that the longer, maybe isn't better, and to a certain point maybe becomes destructive or just wast of time. And I could also imagine that a too long PE work out, get's boring and ones focus become to just finish, rather than doing it right.

But what I'm about to do, is slowly increase my work-load, for example slowly add more jelqs until i reach a work out time of 30-45 minutes, and then I'll split too, but not like you Remek, I will split into days.

Right now I PE 1on/2off and when I do too much, I'll go a bit down in work-load/time and do 1on/1off-1on/2off and then back to 1on/1off. and then add more exercises until I have to split again.

I think I'll do this, until I reach 2on/1off-/2on/2off.
