Focusing on Kegels Okay. I'm probably going to set a record here on PE Gym for flase starts and stops, and dabbling and whatnot, but I want to conduct an experiment.
Lately my main concern has been with EQ.
Almost universally Kegels seem to be the fastest way to improving EQ.
I want to focus on this exercise and see where it can go. So I'm going to proceed with lots of Kegel work over the next few weeks and only maintain a light heat/stretch/jelq routine. I usually do Kegels anyway, but I haven't been very consistent and I have yet to acheive the level of PC mastery reported by others.
So Kegels are going to be my focus for a while. I'll keep you all posted.
