That's what I've been doing for about 1-1/2 months and have increased my EQ and also made a small gain in length and girth. I think this is the way to go before looking for nothing but gains. It makes sense to get everything working properly first to have a good foundation to build your unit. Someone that doesn't have time to go at this full blown can take advantage of a routine such as ours, and once they can finally commit, they will have the knowledge and some conditioning to gain without injury.
