Decided to do weekly log updates rather than every time I do a session. Has been going well, have been trying to stick with around 8 mins stretching and 20 mins jelqing/compressors, and kegels I just do when I feel like the muscle is fully rested, which tends to be every other day. The stretches and jelqs I've been taking 2 days off in between. That's about how long it takes for him to seem like he's recovered and gets the *full* wood going. I'm definitely noticing a different feeling in the flaccid state, he seems to feel fuller and hangs lower more often than he used to. Will usually wake up with morning wood still when it's time to do the routine again (i.e. he's recovered and ready for more). I remeasured the other night and it almost seemed like maybe my BPEL was up an 1/8", but maybe I was just pushing harder with the ruler this time, I mean it's only been about 2 weeks now. I liked the dowel idea, might need to invest in one of those, seems like a wider dowel would give more consistent BPEL measurements.
By the way, thanks for the lube suggestion JonPop, wayyyy better than what I was using. One application lasted all 20 mins of wet jelqs last night and was very consistent. What do you use for your warm up? I forgot to buy rice so I haven't been doing the rice sock like I planned, in fact I've just been kind of using my hands a bit for the warm up and very little at that. Not sure if it's been a problem, but maybe if I did he would recover faster? |
