Get your self a 1 pound bag of rice. Take an old sock and fill it up with enough room left to tie a knot in the end. Warm this in the microwave for 1:10 let it cool some. You'll be able to judge when it is the right temp to wrap your unit with, sometimes you have to take it back off quick as it is still too hot. I use this exclusively as my warm up, unless I'm taking a hot bath for water pumping. This rice sock, gives a very deep heat warm up and usually is good for about a 10 minute warm up.
