Been trying to implement the TGC-theory the last couple of weeks. I do a total of 5min stretching (1min holds, 5 directions), 100 jelqs, 6min O-bends, 100 jelqs and sometimes I do a set or two of water pumping (20min sets at 4-5HG).
I have been seeing positive changes when I measure but I am still not calling it a gain. Today I saw 18.9cm (4mm above my previous gain) but like I said, I will keep going for a while longer and try to get the measurement on camera.
Last time I checked my BPFSL was still 19.7cm so I am aiming to reach over 19cm BPEL before I switch focus to my tunica again. Would be a milestone for me if I get to 19cm BPEL soon... I remember not beeing able to measure 1mm above 17.5cm BPEL..no matter how hard I pressed that ruler into my pubic bone..
Oh, and I am taking 1-3 rest days between workouts. |
