Overtraining is usually worse than not training at all and i imagine the same goes for your member as well.
When you say intensity what exactly do you mean? the amount of grip + duration of each jelq? If so thats the one thing i don't really find the answer to on this or any other site. I am worried that i may either be gripping too tight, in the wrong areas or stretching to much during the jelq. I'm uncut and so my foreskin rolls up over my glans as i do it, it's pretty elastic though.
This is definately hypothetical. In this exercise, jelqing, we are working to increase the size and volume of the cells in the penis (makes a lot of sense). However we're not creating any new ones as that's (almost) impossible organically. Now some guys are born with bigger cocks than others. Is that because they have more cells, or larger cells to begin with? |
