7/18:
- 10 minute warmup
- 5 minutes basic stretching (30 second stretches, 10 seconds rest)
- 5 minutes Fulcrum stretching with hairspray bottle (1 minute stretches, 20 seconds rest)
- 3 minutes BTC stretching (20 second stretches, 5 seconds rest)
- 3 minutes JAI stretching to promote elongation
- 10 ULI#3's with edging in-between (30-second ULIs)
- More edging, ending in ejaculation (I always ejaculate when I do length-based routines)
- 5 minutes cold water in shower
- 5 minutes hot water in shower
- Tada!
My dick STILL feels very soft and pliable, and just plain awesome! It makes me feel like I'm about to gain something, really. I hope it continues to feel like this and I hope I gain!
