Anywhere between a 40-60% EL is sutiable for length and girth gains. Anything over this (in my opinion) is considered masturbation. Three sets of 100 reps at 5 seconds each would be around 50 minutes none stop Jelqing. You may want to back that down to around 10 minutes to start out with. You will probably have to do Kegels for about 3-6 months to see their full potential. It may benefit you to have a set kegel routine so you won't over do them. If you over do any of these exercises your EQ will be the first to go. Too much intensity and/or time will cause an injury. Take your time with this, you can't play if your sitting on the sideline. |
