Remember to pay close attention to your EQ and your morning wood. These are your front line PI's. If your EQ seems to start going through the roof decrease your erection level and increase jelq intensity, or decrease stroke time. If your EQ seems to fall off increase your erection level and increase stroke time. I try to split my jelq routine into three five minute sessions to maintain a balance. Something like the routine below. Note the lack of advanced techniques. I will do the very least that I can to obtain results. I may not be the quickest gainer but I will gain where it counts the most, EQ. Not to be confused with IQ. This is not a recommendation but only an illustration of what you need to find for yourself. - Warmup for 10 minutes with massage
- Continue warmup while stretching for an additional 5 minutes
- Jelq for 10-15 minutes
- First 5 minute jelq using 6-8 second strokes at 40-50% EL
- Warmup for 2 minutes
- Second 5 minute jelq using 8-10 second stroke at 50-60% EL
- Warmup for 2 minutes
- Third 5 minute V-jelq using 6-8 second stroke at 30-50% EL
- After final 2 minute warmup do KEK's for 3 minutes
- Cool down with lukewarm water while doing light stretches
