Have you read Sparkyx Break Point theory? He to has a sensitive dick. If you have read it, what do you think about it? I see you have made good gains. When did they start and what do you think was your key?
Right, todays report. I have followed my new routine since monday, and so far it has resulted in large, soft flaccid. A good PI in my book. Morning wood this morning was good, not a 10 but a solid 7-8,. So far no overtraining, and today seemed a good day for a nice PE workout. Did my wednesday scheme:
80 Ok-jelqs
40 V-jelqs
2 sets Basic stretch each direction, 30 secs. each direction
5 internal stretch, 10 secs each.
Splashed cool water on the unit afterwards for 2 min., before a 5 min. warmdown with hot cloth. Got good flaccid expansion and length afterwards, wich has lasted, no shrinkage so far. A real good workout today, looking forward to the O-bends on friday.
