Did the thursday scheme today, but instead of Ok-grip i did only v-jelqs. A total of 120.
As I said in another thread this engorges my unit more than the ok-grip. I had a quite big expansion when finished, larger than normal. For the rest of the day I've had a nice fat flaccid hang, but not particularly bigger than normal after workout. EQ's still good, but a little exhausted after a heavy edging session yesterday evening (just couldn't resist). So far no signs of overtraining on my new routine. I'll make a new measurement on sunday.
