Todays workout:
120 V-jelqs
1 sett of O-bends, 15 seconds each bend.
2 sets Basic stretch each direction, 30 secs. each direction
5 internal stretch, 10 secs each.
Well, i must say, that none of the other exercises i've tried gives me such a satisfying flaccid girth afterwards as the O-bends. No shrinkage after workout this time either, so i think i'm potentialy close to my perfect "stress-zone" at the time with my new routine. I will have to see about adjustments after judging EQ and measurements after my two rest-days. I'm keeping up with my little project on doing only V-Jelqs. Cant say why, but they keep giving me engorgement 5-10% bigger than the OK-grip, which is a good thing in my book.
