Yo Tanvir, I started on the 90 routine and got myself worked up to about 4-5 45 minute sessions a week combining a good kegles routine and a few girth focused advanced exercises. Good luck.


KingPole, you aint kiddin....I have done just 2 sessions so far and I got it back, I quit smoking butts and expect some good gains once I focus my routine, for now it's just maintenance. I'm liking the 3 part dry jelq along with some LOW EL bends and ULI's and manual stretches in all directions. All this takes about 10 minutes or so with no warm up or cool down, just some shower water. I took measurements Friday that looked like 7.25x5.25, still having EQ issues though. Gotta fix that, who wants a big, half hard dick. Not me, that's who.
