7/29: - 10 minute warm-up
- 5 minutes assisted A-stretches
- 100 slow, good quality overhand jelqs
- Experimental squeezes coupled with edging - just messing around with my dick with expansion really
- Ejaculation and then immediately took a hot shower
- Did a couple of squeezes as erection was fading to try and keep some blood in it, which worked
- Dick is now hanging very well, and very warm

If anyone was wondering why I'm suddenly doing more girth exercises: I'm trying to catch my BPEL up with my BPFSL. Hopefully I can get it to. If not, then it's back to stretching I guess!
