This is it to start.
I'm not really as concerned about my flaccid length, that will come with the exercises. More concerned with building a bigger, stronger, more lasting erection. As far as the supplements go I'll be taking One-A-Day Active multivitamin and will pick up the other supplements suggested based on what OADA does not cover. Added my height, weight, and fitness schedule into the edit because I'm out of shape and know that fitness exercise will shrink the fat pad and help with the length of my penis. Plus all the exercise and cardio I figure will help with the overall blood flow and that could help out with PE gains. Also going to do my best in regards to eating healthier. | Great plan! |
