Im starting PE this monday and i will be following JonPop's 90 Day Beginners program

Warming-up:

For warming up i will be taking a 20 minute hot shower and then doing all of my stretches in the shower

Starting stats:

FL: 4"
BPFL: 5"
EL: 6 1/4"
BPEL: 7 1/8"
EG: 5 1/16"

Goals: (end of 2008)
FL: 5"
EL: 7"
BPEL: 8"
EG: 6"

Goals: (long term)
FL: 6"
EL: 8+"
BPEL: 9+"
EG: 6 1/2"

PE schedule:
M, W, F - as suggested in the beginner's routine
