I'll consider a one day on, one day off routine. That's a good idea, since I want to simplify things.
And I'll warm up for 12-15 minutes as KP suggests.
I'm not doing the other exercises in KP's routine in his mentoring thread, though I will when I feel I'm ready. I haven't mastered basic wet jelqing yet - or at least the quality of my sessions seems to fluctuate a lot - so I need to keep it simple and learn the basics before I can try to get my head around other things.
Yesterday:
8-9 minutes warm-up
60-65 wet jelqs (estimate)
warm-down (warm shower)
No time in ADS (oh well)
EQ: 8.5
Night-wood: Medium (definitely better than nothing)
I will warm-up longer next time as wise KP suggests.
The jelqing session was alright, I suppose. No pain! That's always a good sign.
I am pretty pleased with these PI's. I have had excellent EQ very consistently lately. On a good night, it is way better than it ever has been. On a bad night, it is still much better than it used to be, even on a good night. Usually the bad nights are more in my head than in my dick.
My night wood is pretty random. I don't really trust it that much as a PI, since I can have excellent EQ and may not notice any night-wood; good night-wood is always a good indicator, while bad night-wood might not necessarily mean I'm overtraining - as long as EQ is still good. Kapiche?
I want to learn how to do manual stretches soon, since I'm so frickin fed up with ADS. I injured my penis about one year ago, as of AUG. 1, and it is a long story which I will tell only if I am asked. Suffice it so say that I don't want to rush into things, and at the moment that involves not doing manual stretches.
