No worries -- we won't harp on you about the search here (at least yet! ), and this is the right forum.

About your post: I think your addressing two things here:
1- Plateaus
2- The affect of nutrition on PE (and plateaus)

It's very well known that most PEers hit a plateau sooner or later, but this can usually be combated by following a good sense of progressive overload and/or taking extended breaks.

I don't necessarily think a plateau can be caused by bad nutrition (or lack of good nutrition). But it is possible that certain supplements can help us grow quicker and better (and maybe even avoid plateaus). But no one knows for sure just yet.

Protein, Vitamin C, and drugs that provide good blood flow to the penis have all been contemplated in the past as good PE supplements. Some men find they help, others don't.
