Hi guys, well I'm back and hope everyone is doing well.

I've been on a long deconditioning break and kind of still on one. However, the only execise I have been doing is, kegel stretches in the morning and night 150 a piece. Perhaps I have been overdoing them as I have just noticed today dark coloured spots on the glands on my penis and these are worrying me. However I have heard about them before from my reading on here and was hoping someone could fill me in on what these are and what I can do to treat and then prevent them. And if it is the case that my over kegel stretching has caused them?
