Default Important questions on Kegels and ejaculating

So, I have been doing Kegels for the past say 4-5 months. for pe, I am a slow gainer but its ok, gains are gains, so Im happy.
Well, for the first 2months or so, I was improperly doing kegels, by flexing right underneath my abs. Now I do them properly, but I sometimes only do 30-50 during the day cause I'm just about always busy- with people constantly and stuff.

I also dont jerk off or anything. I've only done it 3 times within the past 2 months. (I read that the less you do, the better your gains, and it makes me too hungry)


How long do you think it takes, or did it take you to get a proper control of your bc/pc muscles, so that before the PONR you were able to control it and only have a dry orgasm? When I reach the PONR, I try to kegel as hard as I can, but I feel it as if Im holding it, but I can still feel my muscle oppening and closing- which is getting me angry, and then I ejaculate- but, only a little since I try to kegel, and then I also hold right under the head of my penis so it stops the blood flow and from ejaculating (but some of the semen stays in the shaft).



I've been having a horrible EQ level lately. It could be from the incredible amount of beer I've been drinking (at parties I drink from 8-18ish- I've never been drunk so its ok). I mean, I was with this girl, making out, feeling her up and everything, but I still was only able to get about an 70% ish erection.. haha I think something is wrong, I dont even get morning wood much at all anymore.
