Just wanted to chime in and wish you good luck with your pumping quik!
Also, be careful so you do not fall into overtraining like remek is warning you against. You did that for 2 years remember? Then you drastically reduced your work volume and upped rest days and got your very first cemented gains.
I know it can be very frustrating to not get gains but going back to more workouts does not sound like a good idea to me based on the gains you realised after your first decon.
Anyway, come by the club sometime!
