great advice everybody. and bodistava your right this place is a wealth of knowledge. ive been doin pe for about 4 months and seen reasonable gains and negative pe. ive found that everybody on here is right slow and easy not to much,and not to hard is better. im a smoker too, and put it on a forum with no response but i know that poor curculation is not a good thing and will not help my progress, i got a presript today to help me quit (needed to quit for a long time) and im hoping i can get my old body back and improve my pe. im not going to over do it but i am one person who needs the lifestyle change and im really hopeing this works for me.
