Also, be careful so you do not fall into overtraining like remek is warning you against. You did that for 2 years remember? Then you drastically reduced your work volume and upped rest days and got your very first cemented gains.
I know it can be very frustrating to not get gains but going back to more workouts does not sound like a good idea to me based on the gains you realised after your first decon.

I'm going to be changing my routine again. I think you (and remek) are right about making sure that I don't overtrain. Only problem is, with girth, it almost seems that you HAVE to overtrain to get any girth gains. Just look at all the PE'ers that have had good girth gains.
Right now, I'm waiting on my Air Clamp to be delivered. I'm going to change my routine once I get it (not by much though). Basically, I plan to just PE 4 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday). What I want to do is make a routine that is revolved around pumping, jelqing and clamping. I'll probably do something like this:
5 min warm up
Stretch penis in all directions until I get semi erect
After erect, clamp for 5 mins
Pump for 5 mins (low hg - somewhere around 2-4hgs)
30 wet jelqs
Clamp for 5 mins
Pump for 5 mins
ADS
Now, for the ADS, I'm thinking of doing something along what xenolith suggested to me. I'm basically just ADSing with a vacuum hanger, but with a cockring at the base of my penis that will keep my penis nice and plump. After hanging and ADSing and getting a bit of gains, I've realized the importance of the ADS and it's purpose in cementing gains. So, girth should be no different. Right now, I've been sort of ADSing; just using a cockring around my cock and balls to help keep things pump. I'm basically going to do the same thing I am now, but just throw in the vacuum stretcher (at a very, very light tension).
Any opinions/suggestions/comments are appreciated...
