Ok, so recently I have realized that I have been neglecting my PE!! As summer dwindles down to its last days I now notice that I have not consistantly been PEing as much as i had for my first 4 months. Previously I had PEed every morning coupled with a hot shower and a few hundred kegals to now just a few kegals here and there. Now i know what everyone meant when they said that staying focused was the hardest part of PE. I now have identified my lack of motivation, and am not going to get back on schedule, with the help of a VacExtender 2.

One thing i realized is that if I spend money on something, it will incline me to use it more often. This is where my extender comes in. My new routine is as follows:

Morning

Warm Up
A warm shower coupled with a few jelqs

Stretches (hold for 60 sec)
1-down
2-left
3-right
4-up
REPEAT 1-4 (2) times
5-(5) BTC stretches
6-helicopters
7-jelq for 10 minutes with ulis every 2 minutes
8-ADS for at least 2 hours

Night
After jogging/weight lifting

warm up
Jelq for 3 minutes

Wear extender for 2-4 hours, starting at EL and slowly stretching beyond EL, right now I am at a EL of 5.75" and am stretched to 6.25"

Other Things
  • I am taking a multi vitamin from GNC called Mega Men. It has almost everything listed in the thread about PE supplements and its $30 for 1 month, definatly check it out.
  • I will do 2 clamping sets on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 10 minutes each
Now i will stay motivated and on track...and will post updates.
