My genius idea of using a cock ring was a bit of a bust. The cock ring works fine, but isn't very good for jelqing - it slides around too much, limits how far down I can jelq, and - suckiest of all - doesn't even keep my EQ level stable during jelqing. I'm going to use a cock ring during edging, I think, to experiment with that and see if it helps with penile health or even helps with gains at all.

I'm thinking about ordering some Horny Goat Weed or Yohimbe or something to see if that helps with EQ levels at all, but I'm not entirely sure yet.

Gonna list the things here that I'm working towards:
- Maximum EQ.
- Daily jelqing sessions - eventually two mini-sessions (10-20 min 2X per day, to see if having a more constant rate of exercises will help with growth, but making sure the sessions are short enough that they don't require longer rest periods).
- Clamping /w the Air Clamp.
- Gains, damn it! lol.


Next week I'm going to do a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday routine. I think I'll do a 10 min morning session and a 10 min night session as an experiment as well. I'll add 1 day each week until I'm at a point of no rest days and then, depending on how PIs are, I'll push the minutes up to a maximum of 20 minutes per session.

I need to focus primarily on getting my EQ back to optimal levels. This past week I stopped midway through the week (meaning I only did Monday), and took the rest of the week off for possible resting up to help with EQ levels, but it really hasn't done anything. I feel that I'm not overworking my penis, so I'm going to experiment with the daily jelqing sessions, but I'll work the days up somewhat gradually.

Anyway, here's the routine I'll be doing this upcoming week:
Morning:
Warm-up
10 minutes Jelqing with the Jelq Device

Night:
Warm-up
Stretching in all directions
Clamping (if applicable / on day)
10 minutes V Jelqing
Edging (/w or w/o cock ring)

Kegels:
30 X 5 second holds - every day?

I'm doing the V jelqing at night to see if it helps with my EQ levels. I happen to remember back when I started up with the JD that I did sideways jelqs in addition to the flat jelqs and I had very good EQ back then, so I'm wondering if V jelqs will help at all. I'll be doing clamping with the Air Clamp when I get it. I'll start with a 1 on / 2 off schedule for clamping.
