About your post: I think your addressing two things here:
1- Plateaus
2- The affect of nutrition on PE (and plateaus)

It's very well known that most PEers hit a plateau sooner or later, but this can usually be combated by following a good sense of progressive overload and/or taking extended breaks.

I don't necessarily think a plateau can be caused by bad nutrition (or lack of good nutrition). But it is possible that certain supplements can help us grow quicker and better (and maybe even avoid plateaus). But no one knows for sure just yet.

Protein, Vitamin C, and drugs that provide good blood flow to the penis have all been contemplated in the past as good PE supplements. Some men find they help, others don't.
I got to thinking about a plateau in my PEing routine and I think that I did hit a plateau about September of this year. I was trying push myself more then I should have because of the up coming surgery in October and it didn't work, so between the surgery and the following month after, I was on a decon break . Now in the last month that I have got back into my routine I started to gain back what I had lost plus I gained .250" more on my EL. I have never relied on supplement to help with gains only hard physical exercises, dedication, patients

So what I am trying to say is, even though you may hit your plateau, go on a decon break for a month on two. Then start back up on a revised routine.
