Default Un-Circumsized Questions

Kingpole:

Thank you for your response and advice. My health is good. I am 55 years old. I had a physical about 2 months ago, and everything was normal.

I do regular exercises, mostly consisting of walking 4-8 miles every other day plus other basic exercises.

I perform wet jelqs (not dry). Also, the basic stretches are done in groups of approximately 5 daily in all directions (i.e. up, down, left, right, and horizontally). Each group lasts 2 mins. and 30 secs. each group (i.e. 30 secs. in each direction). Total (basic stretch exercise) time is 12.5 minutes.

Regarding the wet jelqs, are you suggesting that I jelq every other day (i.e. not daily)?

Lastly the order of my PE exercises is as outlined in the previous email (i.e. Basic Stretch, Rotate Stretch, Internal Stretch, Jelqs, Ulis, and Kegels). Do you believe that this is the appropriate order or should I alter it?

BTW, what is edging? Can you define/explain?

Any other thoughts?

Thanks,
