We know you don't have a problem with the overload part But try it progressively.

In any regard, I truly admire your dedication. You will gain, I know it. There is no if ands or buts about it. Good luck and find out what works for you!
Thanks remek. I appreciate the encouragement. Really....

I was planning to start my routine on Thursday, but just couldn't make it happen. I'm going to start on Sunday morning. I really think that the morning sessions are going to be better than the evening sessions. I feel that whenever I did evening sessions, the quality of my night wood fell dramatically. But I think that by doing my PE in the mornings, my penis has all day to recover initially from the workout, and then all night to get erections and start repairing itself.

I don't think I'm going to be ADSing for as long as I wanted either. At first, I was going to follow brianrex's routine, as he ADS for the whole day after he PE's in the morning. But, for me, I think 2-4 hours is plenty. If I find it's too little, I'll up the intensity. As you said, remek, it's better for me to start out from nothing and then work my way up to my "growth intensity" and finding the right progressive overload.

I also hope that the switch to stetching AFTER jelqing helps me out too. I could never properly stretch because I would get an erection after about 1-2 minutes. And then when I tried to jelq afterwards, my penis would be too tired or strained and wouldn't stay at the erection level that I needed it to.

I'll report back in a couple of weeks and tell you how the routine's coming a long. I'll probably stick to this routine for a while (2-3 months) but want to wait until I've completed my first 5-7 sessions before I report back to this progress thread.

Let's get to 7 in 2007!
