Forgot to add one thing...
I also plan to start exercising. I'm overweight by about 10 pounds and it's mainly located in my mid-section. I'm not looking to buff up, just lose a bit of the fat I have and tone up the muscle that I already do have.
My routine, including PE is going to look like this:
Day 1: PE
Day 2: HIIT (in the morning, on an empty stomach)
Day 3: 20-30 minutes of chinups, pullups, situps and pushups
It's nothing big, but I'd just thought that it couldn't hurt.
